4/20/05 The valves were shimmed on one side only. Worn springs?
4/20/05 Sloppy guide work galled the valves.
4/20/05 Double check these rings. Some are thinner than others. Should be 2.2mm.
4/20/05 Looks ok.
4/20/05 Head failed because of crappy valve job.
4/20/05 No chance of sealing on #2. I heard these problem in the first leakdown.
4/20/05 #3 exhaust lost it's seal also.
4/20/05 Prussian blue reveals non-concentric valve seat.
4/20/05 One angle. Notice the flash also hilites the roughness of the grinder.
4/20/05 Sent the head to Headflow Masters for repair.

4/20/05 Then use a lapping tool until you get a nice even grey band.
4/20/05 Intake contact should be near edge, exhaust near middle. Doh!

4/21/05 Block hole left by a/c compressor install.
4/21/05 Then JB Weld it.
4/21/05 Cover up hole left by missing TDC Marker.
